A traditional Japanese street-food stall, the yatai, reinterpreted as a kitchen on wheels for Hanami – Soulfood Forest Farm: a steel-tube frame on two large wheels, a worktop, plywood compartments and shelves, and a two-pitch roof that opens above the counter.

The structure is designed to be moved by hand, set up in minutes and used as a complete outdoor kitchen. The process photos follow the build in the workshop, from the bare frame to the first cooking test.
